选用了酸性和碱性高锰酸钾2种体系的粗化液,分别对ABS塑料基体表面粗化处理效果进行了研究.通过对比粗化后ABS表面接触角、表面粗糙度和黏结强度等性能,考察了2种粗化体系的粗化处理效果.结果表明,2种粗化液中高锰酸钾的质量浓度为4~6 g/L时,ABS基板粗化效果最好;酸性粗化体系相对于碱性粗化体系粗化效率更高,但碱性粗化体系整体的粗化效果要相对较优.
Two roughening liquid syste ning system, were chosen for ABS plastic substrate surface roughening treatment. Rough treatment effects were evaluated by comparing the ABS surface contact angle, surface roughness and bonding strength pr roughening roughening ciency, but ope elf rties for two systems. The Results showed that the ABS substrates have the better ect when the concentrations of potassium permanganate was in the 4 ~ 6 g/L. Acid system was higher than alkaline roughening system with respect to the roughening effi the roughening effect of alkaline roughening system was relatively better.
