亚投行的贷款领域锁定于基础设施,每笔业务都有具体的承载项目,存在单笔业务贷款额度大、贷款项目数目少、贷款回收期限长、风险大等特点。因此,亚投行建立项目导向型风险管理办法具有可行性和必要性。借鉴国开行贷款风险管理办法,构建亚投行项目导向型全过程风险管理体系,以及与之配套的风险管理指标体系。

Asia investment bank lending to the field of infrastructure,each business has a specific bearing project,Asian investment bank loan service is locked in infrastructure,which has the characters that each business has specific carrying project,large single business loan is amount,the number of project loans are small and loan recovery period is long.Therefore,it is feasible and necessary to establish a project oriented risk management approach for AIIB. Referring to the CDB loan risk management approach,this article construct the project oriented-whole process risk management system,and establish a set of index system of risk management.
