英文摘要：
Due to the limited conditions, the cultivation of scientific research ability of undergraduates has been the soft rib of newly upgraded local universities. This paper mainly discusses the training mode in newly upgraded universities to effectively improve the research ability of the students by relying on research projects, building small innovative research teams and implementing standardized and systematic research training. Practice has proved that the mode is in agreement with the actual situation of newly upgraded universities. It is an effective model for local universities to make full use of limited resources to improve the training quality of students＇ ability in scientific research.
