综述了国内外近年来镉的分析方法研究进展,主要包括原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法、分光光度法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法和电化学法;着重介绍和讨论了各分析方法的发展和应用情况,对不同方法的优缺点作了比较和评述,指出了未来的发展趋势,对于深入系统地揭示镉的环境污染化学行为和生态毒理特征研究具有重要意义。
A riview with 37 references is given on progresses on the analytical methods of heavy metal cadmium including atomic adsorption spectrometry,hydride generation-atomic fluorenscence spectrometry,inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy,spectrophotometry,and electrochemical techniques at present.The basic characteristics and application fields of each method are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages are also discussed.Finally,the new trends and development of analytical methods in the future are proposed.It is of great significance to understand the environmental pollution chemistry and ecotoxicology of cadmium.
