基于变革型领导理论的新发展,提出了一个差异化变革型领导对知识共享的跨层级影响模型,讨论了领导-成员交换在其中发挥的中介作用。对71个工作团队的数据分析发现,团队一致性领导对知识共享有跨层级的正向影响,个体差异化领导对知识共享也存在显著正向影响,领导—成员交换中介了上述关系。
Based on the recent development of transformational leadership theory,this paper developed a cross-level model depicting the effect mechanism among differentiated transformational leadership,leader-member exchange and knowledge sharing. Results from 71 work teams showed that both group-focused leadership and individual-focused leadership have positive impacts on knowledge sharing. Leader-member exchange mediates the above two positive relationships.
