In this research, the authors tested a mediated moderation model for creativity. Using a sample of 340 employees and their supervisors from 5 Chinese companies, the authors found that focus mediated the relation between leader role modeling and creativity. (2) Job co between leader role modeling and creativity. (3) Work regulatory focus mediated (1) Follower's work regulatory mplexity moderated the relation the moderated relation among leader role modeling, job complexity, and creativity. The authors discussed implications of these results for re- search and practice.
