通过和谐意义给赋系统实现对立方之间的沟通

在日常管理过程中,管理者需要应对各种沟通情境以实现既定目标,双方立场的对立应该说是一种最为艰巨的沟通情境。本文在前期研究提出和谐意义给赋系统的基础上,通过典型历史故事“触龙说赵太后”来分析要想达成沟通的实现路径。研究结论:首先,要明确沟通主题,即期望目标;进而,不光要考虑“优化设计”的沟通步骤,还要兼顾“能动致变”的权宜应对策略;最后,在各耦合因素的权衡下实现理想的沟通和说服效果。

英文摘要:

In order to achieve the desired goals, managers need to cope with various communication situations in daily management. The opposite position of both sides is considered one of the most difficult communication situations. Based on the previous study, this article has proposed the harmonious sense-giving system and analyzes the realization path of communication through the typical historical stories- "Chu long persuades the Queen Mother Zhao" . The conclusions are as follows: first, communicated the theme clearly, namely the desired objective; and then consider the communication steps of "optimization design" , as well as the expedient strategies which are move to change; finally, realizing the ideal communication and persuade effect in the balance of various coupling factors.
