本文从分析李怀祖教授关于思辨研究的论述出发,结合不同学科对于思辨研究更为全面、深入的讨论,给出了一个思辨研究的定义。本文认为思辨研究是依据从管理现象中提取的抽象概念,借助直觉（洞见）以及逻辑演绎,对现象本质及深层次机制进行探索的理论研究方式,在管理学研究中具有重要的价值,应该被管理学界所接纳。最后,本文对李怀祖教授的管理哲学观进行了简要讨论。
英文摘要：
Combining Prof.Li Huaizu＇s discussion on speculative research（SR） in management with a few deeper exploration on SR across other disciplines,this paper redefine SR as a method of theoretical research that focusing on the nature of phenomena or inner structure and mechanism of practice in management primarily by the way of abstraction,intuition（insight） and logic.SR is essential to the theory construction and should be accepted by management academia.In the final,this paper outlines the philosophical perspectives on management from Prof.Li Huaizu.
