建立VAR模型,运用Granger因果检验和脉冲响应函数以及方差分解,在5个变量系统内分析了1981~2006年中国经济增长、政府科研投入、外资投入、技术进步自身和产业结构对技术进步的影响。研究结果表明:技术进步自身在短期内促进作用明显,但也存在阻碍作用;政府科研投入推动作用滞后期较大,但持续作用时间较长;经济增长和产业结构促进作用具有滞后性,持续力度作用不明显;此外,外资对我国技术进步作用不明显。实证研究还进一步发现当前推动我国技术进步的主要因素为技术进步自身和政府科研投入。
The paper constructs VAR model of technology progress to use the Granger Cause tcst, impulse response function and variance decomposition method to analyze the effect of influence factors including economic growth, government R&D input, FDI, technology itself and industrial structure by the data from 1981 to 2006, it shows that the different factors have different influencing effect. The technology itself has significant pushing effect in short time and after that expresses a blocking effect. Government R&D input has a long lag time but also has a long time pushing effect to it. Economic growth and industrial structure has a little significant pushing effect, The effect of FDI is little significant. The further study finds that the main factors pushing technology progress is technology itself and government R&D input.
