The notions strongly connected L-subset in L-pre-topological spaces and locally strongly connected L-pre-topological space are defined in this paper, of which the related properties are proved to be similar to those of connected subset in topological spaces and locally connected topological space. It is showed that the category L-LSCPS of locally strongly connected L-pre-topological spaces and continuous mappings is a topological construct.
