Generalized intersection and generalized union of a class of soft BCK algebras are studied,it is proved that the generalized intersection of a class of soft BCK algebras {（Fi,Ai）}i∈I and the generalized union of a class of soft BCK algebras {（Fi,Ai）}i∈I （for any i,j∈I,i≠j,Ai∩Aj=φ） on a set X are also BCK algebras on X,the intersection,generalized intersection and generalized union of a class of soft sub-algebras of a soft BCK algebra（G,B） on X are also soft sub-algebras of（G,B）.
