There are some misunderstandings on the understanding and application of the floor time mode： taking the DIR being the same as the floor time; using the floor time alone without other intervention; caregiver leading the process or letting it go; starting games while ignoring the process of the DIR. Being the specific relaxed, comfortable atmosphere of special children＇ s intervention, the floor time should be used not only for intervention in the pre-start to promote teachers or parents to establish a close interactive relationship with children, laying the foundation of intervention, but also be kept till the end of the intervention.
