通过高校和基层合作来联合培养兼具创新和实践特质的特教师资是中国特殊教育事业发展的时代诉求。但目前高校特殊教育专业的实践教学在管理和运行过程中尚存在较多问题,不能满足人才培养需要。基于现状,可通过建立动员及动力维持机制,构建专业化团队工作模式,完善契约互联式管理制度,形成问题发掘和解决机制,搭建专业化资源共享平台等措施积极改进特殊教育专业的实践教学活动。
It is necessary to train special education teacher with creative spirit and practical ability through the cooperation between universities and schools at primary and secondary level in China. A number of problems, however, are found in the professional practice of special normal education students at present, and activity effectiveness is poor. Based upon the status quo, the article puts forward some reform measures and strategies, such as setting up the power mechanism, establishing a professional team work mode, perfecting the system of interconnected and contractual management, forming mechanism to discover and solve problems, setting up specialized resource sharing platform.
