目的:通过超声测量正常成年人股骨远端关节软骨厚度,为建立正常参考值提供依据。方法随机选择20~38岁的正常成年人180例,超声观察其关节软骨,排除15例超声回声不均或图像表面欠光滑者,余165例经超声测量股骨远端关节软骨厚度,测量位点包括股骨内侧髁、髁间沟、外侧髁。结果男性股骨内侧髁、髁间沟、外侧髁的软骨厚度测量值分别为(2.23±0.28)mm、(2.67±0.49)mm和(2.55±0.26)mm;女性分别为(1.91±0.25)mm、(2.48±0.43) mm、(2.25±0.26) mm。膝关节外髁面的关节软骨厚度大于内髁面,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。左、右膝关节软骨厚度平均值差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。男性关节软骨厚度大于女性,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论经超声技术测量正常成年人股骨远端关节软骨厚度具有可行性,可为建立正常标准奠定基础。
ObjectiveTo get normal reference values through measuring articular cartilage thickness of distal femurs in normal adults with ultrasound.Methods 180 normal adults ranged from 20 to 38 years old were examined with ultrasound to observe articular cartilages. 15 cases with uneven ultrasonic echo or rough image surface were excluded, and articular cartilage thickness of distal femurs of other 165 cases were measured with ultrasound. Measurement sites included internal condyle, intercondylar groove and lateral condyle.Results The thickness of the three sites were (2.23±0.28) mm, (2.67±0.49) mm, (2.55±0.26) mm in male, and (1.91±0.25) mm, (2.48±0.43) mm, (2.25±0.26) mm in female, respectively. The cartilage thickness of lateral condyle surface in knee joint was significantly thicker than that of internal condyle surface (P〈0.05). And the difference of average cartilage thickness between left and right knee joints was not signiifcant (P〉0.05). The cartilage thickness of articular surface in male was signiifcantly thicker than that in female (P〈0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to measure articular cartilage thickness of distal femurs in normal adults with ultrasound, which can provide references for the establishment of normal standard.
