The traditionaI teacher deveIoPment modeI characterized as“excIusivity”and“comPetition”is incomPatibIe with“oPenness”and“cooPeration”in the context of gIobaIization. Aiming at teachers ’ deveIoPment,the constructing of the ProfessionaI Iearning community is based on the cooPerative camPus cuIture and guided by shared vaIue and vision.
