目的了解北京市2014年参加结业考核的住院医师的基本情况、培训计划完成情况、培训过程管理和培训支撑条件等情况。方法对北京市2014年参加结业考核的全部住院医师进行问卷调查和结构化访谈，对北京市48家培训医院住院医师培训实施现状和效果进行系统性分析。结果共有1362名住院医师参与调查，其中有90．68％具有执业医师证书，56．02％的培训时间为3年，97．36％的住院医师参加过岗前培训，97．07％的住院医师完成了培训细则要求的轮转计划。结论北京市住院医师规范化培训工作开展情况较好，住院医师的各项能力都有较好改善。在培训中要加强政策引导，关注形成性评价，加强师资队伍建设。
英文摘要：
Objective Learning basics of the training course completion, process management, and support conditions of the residents who passed the training program in Beijing in 2014. Methods All the residents who participated in the graduation exam in Beijing in 2014 were subject to questionnaires and structured interviews, and systematic analysis of the residency training at 48 hospitals engaged. Results Of the 1 362 residents surveyed, 90. 68% are certified medical practitioners; 56.02% have been trained for 3 years; 97.36% participated in the pre-job training; 97.07% have completed the rotation prescribed in the training guidelines. Conclusion The standard residency is well carried out in Beijing,with resident competency improved as expected. In the future training, it is important to strengthen policy guidance, adopt formative assessment and improve professionalism of the teaching staff.
