目前面对严峻的就业形势,高职院校毕业生在就业上普遍存在“非专业就业能力”不强这一短板.“非专业就业能力”是专业知识及能力以外的、从事不同专业的人的通用素质.“能力拓展训练”指通过学员亲历实践活动让学生得到领悟感受,最终转变学生的观念和态度.高职院校践行“非专业就业能力”拓展训练有利于增强职业院校毕业生的就业能力,实现顺利就业;有利于进一步推进职业院校教学改革;有利于职业院校为社会输送的人才与用人企业顺利接轨.高职院校在实行“非专业就业能力”拓展训练时应注意构建培养体系、优化训练方法、有效评价效果.

With the grim employment situation, the prevalence of vocational college graduates ＂employabil- ity non-professional＂ is not strong in the job. ＂Non-professional employability＂ is outside the expertise and ability to engage people of different professions universal qualities. ＂Capacity Development Training＂ refers to personal experiences through practical activities allow students to get the students＇ to comprehend the feelings, and ultimately change the students ~ perceptions and attitudes.
