以电子商务专业的教学改革实践为例,分析当前社会对电子商务人才的需求状况及高职院校电子商务专业人才培养中的不足,面向区域职业岗位需求开发电子商务专业课程体系,提出面向区域经济发展的电子商务专业教学改革实施模式并总结其应用效果,以促进高职电子商务专业和区域相关产业的协同发展,推动电子商务专业在人才培养机制、课程体系、教学资源、师资团队等方面的建设进程。

Taking the practice of teaching reform on E-commerce specialty in Yangzhou Polytechnic College as an ex- ample, this paper analyzes the current social demand for e-commerce talents and the deficiency of training e-com- merce professional talents in higher vocational colleges. Based on the demand of regional jobs, it presents the imple- mentation pattern of E-commerce specialty teaching reform oriented for regional economic development and summari- zes its application effect, hoping to promote the coordinated development of E-commerce specialty and relevant re- gional industries, and optimize the E-commerce specialty in talent-cultivating mechanism, course system, teaching resources, and teachers team.
