挑战性一阻断性压力源是根据压力性质对压力进行的类型划分。挑战性一阻断性压力源二维构念打破了传统只关注压力水平并将压力视为单维结构的不足，从而引起了国内外众多学者的研究兴趣。文章对国内外挑战性一阻断性压力源的概念内涵、测量方式、潜在影响以及作用机制进行了系统回顾和梳理，总结了以往研究的不足，并在此基础上提出未来的研究方向。
英文摘要：
Challenge -hindrance stressor is the type of stressor which according to the nature of stress. The two dimensional model of challenge - hindrance stressor breaks the problem of treating evaluations of experi- enced stress as a unidimensional construct, and attracts many scholar＇ s study interesting. This paper reviews the concept, measurements, consequences, and influence mechanisms of challenge - hindrance stressor, and points out the future directions based on the former research summaries.
