Plastin是一种肌动蛋白结合蛋白,可与纤维状肌动蛋白结合,使纤维状肌动蛋白相互交联形成紧密的束状结构,起到稳定细胞肌动蛋白骨架以及调节细胞运动的作用。Plastin家族有三种亚型,组织特异性地在哺乳动物体内不同组织细胞中表达,并且在肿瘤内异常表达。研究Plastin家族蛋白与肿瘤之间的关系在肿瘤早期诊断和基因治疗方面都有重要的理论指导意义。本文综述了近年来关于Plastin家族蛋白分子结构、功能特点以及在肿瘤中作用等的相关研究,为该领域的研究提供一定的参考。
Plastin is a kind of actin binding protein, which can be combined with fibrous actin and formed a tight sheaf-like structure, contribute to stabilize the cell cytoskeleton and regulate the cell movement. Plas- tin have three hypotypes, and they are all expressed specifically in different tissue on mammal. The related research has found that Plastin is dysregulated expression in cancer, so the relationship between Plastin and tumor has important significance in early diagnosis and gene therapy. This article has summarized the related research about protein molecular structure, the function and effect in cancer of Plastin, to provide reference for further study in this field.
