针对生产过程中栝楼种子萌发困难的问题,研究了硼酸对栝楼种子萌发率及生理活性的影响.结果显示,在低浓度硼酸(0.1 g/L)处理下,栝楼种子的萌发率、发芽率、可溶性蛋白含量及CAT活性均显著升高,但SOD活性降低,种子浸出液中可溶性糖的含量变化不明显;种子用浓度为0.2 g/L的硼酸处理后,其α-淀粉酶活性明显降低.另外,硼酸溶液处理种子时间的长短,也对种子的萌发有较大影响,在0.2 g/L硼酸溶液处理下,种子浸出液中MDA含量随着处理时间的延长而呈上升趋势.研究结果表明,适宜处理浓度和适当处理时间,硼酸可以明显提高栝楼种子的萌发率、抗性等,从而提高栝楼的经济效益.
To solve the germination problem of Trichosanthes kirilowii in the production process, effects of boric acid on seed germination and physiology characteristics of T. kirilowii were studied. The results showed that at low boric acid concentration (0.1 g/L), seed germination rate, soluble protein content and CAT activity significantly increased, but SOD activity of seeds decreased, change of soluble sugar concentration in seed extract was not obvious. Treated by 0.2 g/L boric acid, or-amylase activity of seed significantly decreased. In addition, the treatment time also had a significant effect on seed germination. When boric acid concentration was 0.2 g/L, the MDA content in extract increased with treatment time increasing. The result concluded that appropriate concentration of boric acid and suitable treatment time could promote metabolism, seed activity and resistance on seed of T. kirilowii, and improve the economic benefits.
