研究了来自山东、安徽、河南的3株莱氏野村菌在PDA培养基上的生物学性状,并测定了它们对斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫的毒力。结果表明:3株莱氏野村菌的菌落形态类似,但产孢量差异显著,其中以来自安徽的菌株Nr19的产孢量最高,为1.64×10^8个/cm^2;3株莱氏野村菌对斜纹夜蛾幼虫都有明显的致病效果,致死率和僵虫率分别达到95%和80%以上,其中以Nr19菌株的综合致病效果最好,对斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫的校正死亡率和僵虫率分别为97.62%和84.09%,半数致死时间(LT50)为4.0441d。
3 strains ofNomuraea rileyi from different regions(Shandong, Anhui, Henan)were cultured on PDA and their virulence to the 3rd Spodoptera litura larvae were compared. Results show that, the 3 strains from different regions have the similar colony morphology, while there was remarkable differences in sporulation. The highest sporulation of strains was Nr19 from Anhui, tile production of spore was 1.64× 108 spores/cm2; In the toxicity tests, three of them had obvious pathogenic effects on the S. litura larvae, the mortality and cadaver rates reached more than 95% and 80%, respectively. And the Nrl9 had the best comprehensive pathogenic effects on the 3rd Spodoptera litura larvaes, the corrected mortality and muscardine cadaver were 97.62% and 84.09%, respectively; the median lethal time (LT50) was 4.0441 d.
