英文摘要：
The pricing of the intermediate products of the industrial chain is a core issue in the distribution of benefits because upstream suppliers always hope to raise the prices of intermediate products so that profits can be increased while they lower prices of intermediate products to reduce the costs of the downstream enterprises. Thus, the two sides have to negotiate on the final transaction price. The paper proposes the tolerance zone model of intermediate products pricing of the industrial chain on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the study result of intermediate products prices.
