It is an inevitable demand for medical universities to establish a micro mode of Party members educational administration in order to break through the predicament in educating and managing Party members among clinical interns, adapting to the epochal development while following the rules of Party-building and individual development. Based on the analysis of their current administrative situation and reasons, combining characteristics in their life and internship, it is essential to do the following： realize specialization, adaptation, informatization and socialization of Party members education management by means of getting into clinical departments, dormitories, webs and communities; fully plays their leading model role so as to increase the effectiveness of managing these Party members.
