目的:在本科教育临床医学专业外科学教学中,评价应用以学生为主导的,以问题为基础的学习(ProblemBased Learning,PBL)教学法的教学效果,并探索教学方法的改革。方法:选取沈阳医学院2008和2009级临床医学专业123名学生为研究对象,分为试验组63名,对照组60名。试验组实施PBL教学法,对照组使用传统的以授课为基础的学习(Lecture-Based Learning,LBL)教学法完成外科学实习课程的全部教学。分析2组学生对教学效果的评价及理论考试成绩和技能考核成绩。结果:试验组学生理论考试成绩和技能考核成绩均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:以学生为主导的PBL教学法更有利于本科教育临床医学专业学生综合素质和职业能力的培养,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the application of student-centered Problem-Based Learning( PBL) teaching method in Surgery practice of the undergraduate education and evaluate the teaching effect. Methods: A total of 123 students of grade 2008 and 2009 in Shenyang Medical College were chosen,of which 63 students were experimental group and 60 were control group. Experimental group was adopted PBL teaching method,while control group was adopted traditional Lecture-Based Learning( LBL) teaching method to complete the whole Surgery practice teaching. The teaching effect was evaluated with a questionnaire. Results: There were statistically significant differences in written and skill examinations. Conclusions: PBL teaching method is better than LBL teaching methodin surgery practice in cultivating the students' comprehensive quality and occupational ability.
