Web novel is a kind of symbolic and constructive identity discourse practice,but at present the research on the identification function of the web novel lacks.General pattern of web novel narration expands in the form of a protagonist as the center.Method of the basic elements＇ permutation and combination construct a kind of identity relation network and process.The core of this identity relationship network is a protagonist with occupying personality relying mainly relying on personality and opportunities for success.The setting of this stylized leading role is associated with the readers′interest outside the text and is easy to produce empathy.Besides it is also participating in the reader′s own identity formation.However,its non-moral tendency is worth noting.
