为研究粉煤灰自身特性对沥青混合料性能的影响,采用激光粒度分析、X射线衍射分析、低温氮吸附等方法,研究了石灰石矿粉和4种粉煤灰的粒度分布、物相组成、孔隙分布和比表面积等技术指标,并采用体积置换的方法制备了对应的沥青混合料,通过马歇尔试验、高温车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和冻融劈裂试验,研究了沥青混合料性能与填料(矿粉和粉煤灰)自身特性的关系。研究表明:粉煤灰密度、粒度分度、矿物组成、孔隙结构和比表面积等差异,影响沥青混合料的力学性能。粉煤灰密度与粒度分布情况影响沥青混合料设计与级配组成,比表面积和孔隙结构影响沥青混合料油石比,化学组成与矿物组成则影响粉煤灰与沥青的化学作用关系。在实际使用过程中,应当充分考虑粉煤灰在沥青混料中的微集料效应、微胶结效应和多孔隙效应。
To evaluate the effect of property of fly ash on performance of asphalt mixture,particle size distribution,phase component,void structure distribution and specific surface area of fly ash are measured by using laser particle size analysis, X-ray diffraction and low temperature nitrogen adsorption. The corresponding asphalt mixture is produced by volume replacement method. The relation between the performance of asphalt mixture and property of fillers(mineral filler and fly ash) is measured with Marshall test,high-temperature rutting test,low-temperature bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test. The result indicates that(1) the mechanical performance of asphalt mixture is affected by the differences in density,particle size,mineral component,void structure and specific surface area of fly ash;(2) the design and the gradation of asphalt mixture is affected by the density and particle size distribution of fly ash;(3) the asphalt-aggregate ratio of asphalt mixture is affected by the specific surface area and the void structure;(4)the interaction between fly ash and asphalt mixture is affected by the chemical composition and mineral composition. In applications,the micro-aggregate effect,light-binding effect and multi pore void effect of fly ash in asphalt mixture should be considered fully.
