地基基础的质量关系到整栋建筑物的结构安全，需要加强质量控制。通过对若干实例的分析，结合质量监督管理经验，对桩基选型和质量控制、基坑工程质量控制、基桩二次检测和验证检测等几个问题进行探讨分析，从而给出问题的对策和质量控制的要点。
英文摘要：
The quality of foundation is the key point to the whole building structural safety. The quality of foundation should be controlled strictly. In this paper,by analyzing several projects and combining the experience of quality supervision and management,some problems such as selection and quality control of pile foundation,foundation pit quality control,pile foundation secondary detection and its verification,which have been discussed. So the countermeasures of above problems and key points of quality control are proposed.
