Inner support structure is widely used in support engineering of deep foundation pit. The inner support system work status in the demolishing is important for foundation pit safety. Taking an engineering project as an example, the paper introduced the arrangement of support system and the process of demolishing and exchanging supports, The detail analysis was made on the changes of axial force and colunm displacement and so on by monitoring them in the demolishing. It illustrated that the dynamic monitoring and analysis of stress strain and displacement in the process of demolishing could not only guide the construction, hut also ensure the safety of foundation pit.
