建立染发剂中对苯二胺等12种染料的高效液相色谱二极符阵列检测器(HPLC—DAD)测定方法。采用RP—AMIDE C16柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为磷酸盐混合溶液-乙腈(90:10),流速为1mL·min^-1,检测器为DAD,检测波长为280nm。样品用10%亚硫酸氧钠爪溶液-乙醇(1:1)混合溶液冰水浴超声提取,离心过滤后检测。12种染料在给定的浓度范围内峰面积与浓度有良好的线性天系,相关系数均不低于0.9997,平均回收率为98.1%~108.4%,相对标准偏差(RSI))为0.3%~1.4%,检出浓度为19~22μg·g^-1。该方法简便、准确、快速,可用于检测染发剂中12种染料。
A high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection (HPLC-DAD) method was developed for the determination of p-phenylenediarnine and other 11 kinds of dyes in the commercially available hair dyes. The HPLC was performed on a RP-AMIDE C16 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) ,with phosphate mixed solution-acetonitrile(90 : 10) as the mobile phase and detected by DAD with the detection wavelength of 280 nm. The flow rate was 1 mL · min ^-1. All the samples were extracted using ultrasonic techniques in the ice-water bath with 10% sodium bisulfite-ethanol(1 : 1) mixed solution. The extract was centrifuged and filtered. In the given concentration range, the peaking areas and concentration of the twelve kinds of dyes had a good linear relationship,and the correlation coefficient was not less than 0. 999 7. The average recoveries were 98.1% -108.4 % with relative standard deviations of 0.3 % - 1.4 %, and the detection limits were 19-22 μg · g ^-. The method is simple,accurate and fast,which could be used for the determination of 12 kinds of dyes in hair dyes.
