为改进现有幕墙铝合金开口截面立柱稳定性能的计算方法,对单根铝合金立柱进行了试验研究,并对中、英、美三国规范进行了分析和研究,依据试验结果提出了改进后的计算方法。改进后计算方法所得稳定承载能力与原方法相比有显著提高,与试验结果较为接近,可更真实地反映开口截面铝合金立柱的承载能力,有效提高铝合金型材的截面利用率。改进后的计算方法对实际工程设计具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
To modify the calculation method about the flexural stability performance of the aluminum alloy columns with open section in the curtain wall, the experiments of one single aluminum alloy column are carried out and Chinese Code, British Standard and American Code for design of aluminium structures are analyzed and studied. According to the experimental results, the modified calculation method is proposed. Compared with the original method, the load-bearing capacity is significantly improved by the modified method. The modified results can reflect the load-bearing capacity of the aluminum alloy columns more realistic and improve the coefficient of utilization of the cross section. The modified calculation method shows that it possesses instructional significance and reference value for the design of the practical engineering.
