采用BEI行为事件访谈法,在查阅文献、预访谈和正式访谈的基础上,构建高职辅导员胜任特征模型,为高职院校选拔和培养辅导员提供实证依据。建模结果显示:高职普通辅导员共有胜任特征为专业知识、适应力、职业定位、外向性格、影响力、亲和力;高职优秀辅导鉴别性特征有知识创新、协调管理、人际沟通、情绪管理、应急能力、学生导向、成就动机、体察力等。
Based on the behavioral event interview(BEI) and the literature review,preliminary and formal interviews,the competency model of higher vocational instructors can be constructed,which provides empirical evidence for choosing and training instructors.The results show that general instructors are characterized with professional knowledge,adaptability,professional orientation,outgoing personality,impact and affinity,and the features of excellent instructors relate to knowledge innovation,coordination management,interpersonal communication,emotional management,emergency ability,students orientation,achievement motivation and ability of observation.
