针对轿车前车门的结构特点,提出了基于CATIA V5的快速建模与曲面质量评价方法:应用CATIA V5提供的混合建模功能,创建了轿车前车门的三维曲面模型;分别应用该软件的等照度线、多截面曲率梳、高斯曲率和反射线等多种曲面质量分析方法,对车门外板曲面质量进行了评价.结果表明,该车门外板曲面达到了A级曲面的各项要求.
In view of the structural features of car ing and its quality evaluating is proposed. This door,a method based on CATIA V5 for rapid model- method, at first adopting the compositive modeling function of CATIA VS, created the three-dimensional outside plate surface model of car front door, and then a variety of surface quality evaluating methods including isophotes mapping,multi-section curva- ture comb, Gauss curvature and reflection lines are discussed. The result verified that the model of the car door satisfied the standards of Class A surfaces,and it provided reliable theoretical evidence for the subsequent mould manufacturing of car door.
