为了寻求减轻设施土壤连作障碍并有效提高烤烟产量的技术措施,在暗管排水条件下设计不同调控处理,并观测试验前后耕层土壤养分含量和烤烟干物质累积量。结果表明:不同调控措施均促进了耕层土壤速效养分的累积,其中秸秆+EM处理的速效氮、磷、钾增幅最大,分别达到35.88%、18.38%和13.81%;秸秆覆盖处理与秸秆+EM处理耕层土壤有机质含量有所上升,而EM处理变化并不明显;单株烤烟干物质累积量和最终产量均以秸秆+EM处理最高,分别达到371.79 g和2663.4 kg/hm^2。总体来看,秸秆+EM处理可作为暗管排水条件下的最优调控措施。
In order to find out effective regulatory measures for alleviating continuous cropping obstacles and increasing fluecured tobacco yield, we designed different regulatory measures under subsurface drainage condition, and observed the surface soil nutrient content and flue-cured tobacco yield before and after the experiment.The results showed that different regulatory measures all could increase surface soil available nutrient content.Straw +EM treatment increased available N, P and K content most significantly, and the increasing rate reached 35.88%, 18.38%and 13.81%respectively.The content of surface soil organic matter in both straw mulching treatment and straw +EM treatment increased to some extent, while that in EM treatment changed unconspicuously.Both dry matter accumulation per plant and final flue-cured tobacco yield in straw +EM treatment were the highest, reaching 371.79 g and 2663.4 kg/hm^2 separately.On the whole, straw +EM treatment was the optimal regulatory measure under subsurface drainage condition.
