本研究采用"3414"不完全正交回归设计方案,分析了氮、磷、钾肥不同水平对苦豆子产量及苦参碱含量的影响。结果表明:1)N+P+K、N+P、N+K三种施肥组合与苦豆子产量相关性最大,单施N、P、K和P+K对其影响较小。2)复合施肥N、P2O5、K2O用量分别为134.85、91.0、59.9kg/hm2时苦豆子产量最高,约为2 016.75kg/hm2。3)综合考虑各药用部位苦参碱含量,施肥量的最优范围为N 125~180kg/hm2、P2O580~90kg/hm2、K2O10~45kg/hm2。
The'3414' design was used to study the effects of different levels of nitrogen (N), phosphorus(P), and potassium(K) on the yield and matrine content of Sophora alopecuroides L. The results showed that: 1 ) three fertilization combinations (N + P + K, N + P and N + K) have the largest correlationships with the yield of Sophora alopecuroides L., single application of N, P, K, and P + K have less influence; 2) according to the fertilization mathematic model, the optimum fertilization for N, P, K based on the largest yield which can reach to 2 016.75 kg/hm2 were 134.85,91.00 and 59.90 kg/hm2 respectively; 3) The optimum fertilization for N, P, K based on the matrine content of different parts should be defined as N 125- 180 kg/hm2, P2O5 80- 90 kg/hm2 ,K2O 10- 45 kg/hm2.
