The paper discusses the types and influencing factors for patterns of R＆D cooperation, empirically analyses the choice of R＆D cooperation patterns of Hi - tech enterprises in Beijing through establishing Logit model, and gives some suggestions that the Hi - tech enterprise chooses the appropriate patterns of R＆D cooperation.
