在分析航空制造企业技术改造(简称技改)项目管理整体动态控制特点的基础上,利用因果环路图描述了项目阶段、控制对象和资源能力等各方面因素的动态反馈关系。通过建立技改项目管理系统动力学模型描述了技改项目管理的动态流程,以及进度控制、质量控制和资源能力管理等过程。3种典型情况(理想情况、工期压缩和验收质量下降)下模型的仿真表明,该模型能够较好地反映技改项目管理过程中的各类复杂动态特性,并能够辅助技改项目管理和决策。
Based on the analysis of holistic controlling features of technology reformation projects management (TRPM) in aviation manufacturing enterprises, the causal loop diagram was constructed to describe the dynamic feedback relationships between project phases, controlling objects and resource capacities. Then a TRPM system dynamics model was proposed. The model depicts the dynamics of TRPM business processes on schedule, quality and resource capacity control. The simulation results under 3 typical situations (ideal situation, schedule compress and quality deterioration) reflect that the model could provide a holistic view to monitor and control the TRPM, and support decision making.
