近年来航空货运业务在中国迅速增长,航空货运公司竞争日益激烈。应用仿真平台eM-Plant^TM对某航空货运公司国际货运中心的物流活动进行了仿真建模,给出了模型的结构、主要功能模块定义、模型的确认过程、以及模型的输入与输出分析等。通过该仿真模型可以分析航空货运操作流程中的瓶颈,并评价现有资源配置策略的有效性,进而通过对不同资源配置方案的仿真评价,提出对资源配置改进的建议。
The air cargo industry has grown rapidly in China recently, and the competition between air cargo corporations is increasingly strong. A simulation model was developed by use of the software eM-Plant^TM to study the logistics activities of the international cargo division of a large air cargo corporation. Besides the description of the model structure and main modules, issues about model validation and analysis for inputs and outputs were covered. The simulation model was used to analyze the bottleneck resources in the air cargo operations and evaluate the effectiveness of the existing strategy for resource allocation. Improvement suggestions were proposed for resource allocation based on the analysis of different scenarios.
