随着教师住宅外迁、教职工拥有汽车的数量上升和高校与社会的交往越来越密切,校园内的停车问题日显突出.以北京航空航天大学校园为例,通过对进出校园的车流量、停车能力与车位分布、停车行为等进行调查、统计和分析,揭示校园内停车行为的规律,包括各时段进出校园的车辆总数、平均停车时间、车位周转率等,发现停车系统中存在的问题并提出若干建议.该研究对其他高校有借鉴意义.
In recent years, more and more university staff who originally live on the campus, are moving to other places, and the number of private cars owned by these people is increasing rapidly. In addition, the communication between universities and communities is becoming closer. As a result, the shortage of parking supplies occur frequently on campus. This paper has presented a case study carried out on the campus of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. The inflow and outflow of vehicles, location of parking lots and corresponding capacity, as well as the drivers' parking behavior, are surveyed and analyzed. The average parking duration of each vehicle and the turnovers of some parking areas are also computed from the survey data. Suggestions for improving the campus parking systems are given. It is expected that this study can be of help in solving similar problems existing in other universities.
