借助近年新发掘的民间文书宝库——＂清水江文书＂中的分家（关）书、林契、地契、讼书等史料,从财产和性两方面,对中国传统社会寡妇的财产继承权、处置权、分配权、守贞行为与婚外性行为等展开讨论,尤其对底层社会和老年寡妇的关注更是以往研究中所未见。＂清水江文书＂为寡妇研究,尤其是为底层社会的寡妇研究提供了新的可能性,不仅帮助我们摆脱了对传统婚姻家族关系＂三从＂的机械认知,还让我们看到了中国西南农村社会寡妇生活的多元面相。
英文摘要：
This paper examines Chinese widow＇s property and sex, including the rights of inheritance, disposi- tion, distribution of properties; chastity and extramarital sexual behavior according to the documents of family divi- sion, deeds of lands and mountain forests, lawsuits documents in ＂ Qingshui River Documents＂. In recent years, researches on the low-class and elderly widows in traditional Chinese society are rare. ＂ Qingshui River Documents＂ allows us to explore the diversities of widow＇s life in the rural southwestern China and helps us break away from the stereotypes of Chinese orthodox matrimony and family relationship.
