The book of Chunhua and Yuling found in Tianzhu County is of great value in the new Qingshuijiang Instruments. Based on the investigation of the status of the ＂landowner＂ together with the features in the documents for the pawn of fields and the loans, the permanent tenancy system was prevalent in the local arable operations. Even though the area and scope of arable field recorded in the Yuling book is not large, it still shows a certain reference value for the understanding of the situation of the distribution of the arable land in Qingshuijiang mountainous region.
