为了提高弹丸炮口姿态测量的精度。提出一种非接触式测量弹丸炮口姿态的方法。采用PSD位置敏感器件进行设计,利用姿态变换产生的光线位移变化计算出弹丸在出炮口瞬间的姿态,从而避免了外部复杂环境对测量误差的影响。实验结果显示:使用PSD测量的测量精度在±0.5°之间,和传统方法相比,精度得到了提高。
For improving the accuracy of the pellet muzzle attitude measures,a no-contact-type for measuring the pellet muzzle attitude method is proposed. It adopted PSD to carry out design, making use of an attitude to shift the light coming into being changes, calculated out the pellet attitude in the gun muzzle moment, this method avoids the impact of complicated outside environment. The experimental result indicates that the measuring accuracy of using PSD is in ±0.5°, compared with traditional method, accuracy has got rise.
