针对实时监测心电信号对心电分析有重大意义。设计了一种心率监测方法,经导联输入从体表获得的心电信号先经滤波器滤除高频干扰再经一个50Hz陷波器进一步抑制电源干扰,然后进入MSP430单片机的A/D转换得到数字化的心电信号。电路抗50Hz陷波性能好,噪声小,整个电路经Electronics Workbench仿真观察波形基本无失真。经试验验证监测仪显示心电信号清晰稳定,基本满足临床监护以及病理分析的要求。
Aimed at the importance of real - time inspect of the ECG signal to ECG signal analysis. A special method for real -time inspectting of the ECG signal is designed. The electrodermal signal gained from the human body which is transmitted by a multiplex selector can be enlarged first transited a preamplifier,next passed a band - pass filter in order to separate high - frequency interfere, and then through a 50 Hz noise rejector, finally the digital signal of electrocardiogram can be gained by the AD of MSP430. The performance of the circuit's 50 Hz notch filter is good and the noise is low,the waveform of the whole circuit basically does not have the distortion. After testing in the experiment, the waveform of the ECG is clear and stable, basically it can also meet the requirement of the clinical monitor and pathology analysis.
