提出了利用Simulink软件包对隧道式加速度计系统进行仿真的方法,给出了系统的仿真模型,对系统进行了常压下和真空环境下的系统仿真,确定了系统的反馈深度范围。同时利用仿真结果指导了系统的反馈电路设计,并对传感器进行了性能测试,结果表明Simulink是仿真的一条有效途径,可为电路设计及分析提供有价值的参考。
A simulation method on the tunneling accelerometer by using Simulink was put forward,and the system simulation model was proposed.In the meantime,the system simulation was carried out under standard atmospheric pressure and vacuum environment,so the depth of the feedback was defined.On the guidance of the simulation result,the design of the feedback circuit was designed and the performance of the sensor was tested.It is indicated that the simulation result is an effective way and it can provide a valuable reference for circuit design.
