半导体GaAs对近红外光的吸收波峰值随温度升高向长波长移动,从而引起透射率随温度变化而变化。基于这一特性,设计了一种单光路的半导体吸收式光纤温度传感器。实验表明,该传感器精度可达±1℃,响应速度可达20 s。
For infrared ray, absorption peak wavelength of semiconductor GaAs will move greater with temperature increasing, resulting in transparent ray variation substantially. In this paper, based on this principle a new structure temperature fiber sensor is designed and fabricated. Experiments show that the sensor has good linearity from 20±70 ℃, accuracy to ±1 ℃ and response speed to 20 s.
