传统的箭载存储测试系统要在火箭发射完成,并对测试设备回收后才能获取试验数据,而在火箭临发射前无法知道各项被测参数是否正常。在箭载存储测试系统的基础上,设计了临射前火箭参数实时监测的功能。在进行系统工作模式设计的同时,提出了通过设置监控命令数值来提高系统抗干扰能力的方法。详细阐述了信号的采集、编帧及实时监测数据的传送过程。此系统能够弥补无线遥测及传统箭载存储测试系统的不足。
The tested data can be acquired with traditional storage measurement system for rocket only after the launch.However,we do not know whether the parameters of the rocket are abnormal or not before the launch.The real-time monitoring function is added to the traditional storage measurement system to solve the problem above.The working modes of the system are designed and the method of improving the resistance to interference through setting data value of monitor orders specially is put forward.The process of sampling,frame structuring and the transmitting of monitored data are described at length.The system can compensate the limitations of wireless telemetry system and traditional storage measurement system.
