Mg粉在800℃氨气流中氨化60min,可得到高质量的Mg3N2粉末。XRD分析表明,Mg3N2粉末是体心立方结构,晶格常数α=0.99657nm。SEM分析表明,Mg3N2粉末有多种形貌。PL测试表明,在激发波长为490nm的情况下,氮化镁粉末存在1个位于545nm的绿光发光峰。
Mg3N2 powders of high quality were synthesized by a simple nitridation reaction of Mg powder with ammonia (flow rate 500 mL/min) at the nitridation temperature of 800 ℃ for 60 min. X-ray diffraction (XRD) result indicates that Mg3N2 possesses body centered cubic in structure with the lattice constant being α=0.996 57 nm. SEM analysis indicates that Mg3N2 powders have different morphologies. Photoluminescence spectrum under excitation at 490 nm shows that these Mg3N2 powders have a green emission peak at 545 nm (2.3 eV).
