通过对419家企业的问卷调查,考量中国情境下的任务导向战略领导行为对公司企业家精神的影响,检验创业制度环境在其中的调节效应。结果表明:任务导向战略领导表现出的开拓创新和阐述愿景行为对公司企业家精神有正向影响,而监控运营对公司企业家精神没有影响;创业制度环境负向调节任务导向战略领导行为与公司企业家精神的关系,即强支持的创业制度环境会削弱任务导向战略领导行为对公司企业家精神的积极作用。
Using the data from 419 firms,this paper analyzes influence of task-focused strategic leadership behaviors on corporate entrepreneurship and tests moderating effect of institutional environments for entrepreneurship in it. The conclusions suggest that:( i) Task-focused strategic leadership behaviors,articulating a vision and being creative,have positive influence on corporate entrepreneurship,and monitor operating dimension has no any influence on corporate entrepreneurship;( ii) Institutional environments for entrepreneurship negatively moderate the relationship between task-focused strategic leadership behaviors and corporate entrepreneurship,which weakens positive effects of task-focused strategic leadership behaviors on corporate entrepreneurship.
