文章通过对家族企业继任理论的探究,找出家族企业不同的继任模式。通过对这些继任模式的分析,构建影响中国家族企业选择不同继任模式的因素。结果表明,未来的中国家族企业继任模式主要是所有权与经营权分离、引选职业经理人的道路模式。
Based on the research of family business succession theory, this paper found different kinds of succession pat- terns, that are, children succession, internal succession and prnfessional manager succession. Through the analysis of these patterns, the paper constructs the factors which have influenced Chinese family business to choose their succession pattern. The result shows that Chinese family business should choose the professional manager succession to improve their enterprises in the future.
