文章以珠三角7个国家级高新技术开发区的192家民营中小高科技企业的357份人力资源管理经理和1367份员工的数据,探讨了网络构建的人力资源管理实践影响员工态度的跨层次作用机制。研究结果表明,网络构建的人力资源管理实践与员工态度显著相关,而组织支持完全中介它们之间的关系。最后,文章对研究的理论意义和现实意义进行了讨论,并提出未来的研究方向。
Using the data obtained from 1367 employees and 357 human resource managers from 192 private small-medium size high-tech firms from seven national technology development zones in Pearl River Delta,results from cross-level analyses indicate that network-building HR practices is strongly related to employee attitudes,and organizational support fully mediates the influence of network-building HR practices on employee attitudes.The theoretical and practical implications of the findings are also discussed.
